Delaying tactics

I am disappointed with their delaying tactics I claimed on the 7th of November and today is the 2nd of Dec and nothing has been done. I’m without a car and the panel beater is calling me because they not sending authorization to them, I have been calling everyday and I keep on being told that the file is with the assessor I am so disappointed with this insurance.
