DELAY OF APPROVALS

Good day All I had a Labour issue with my current employer which was taken out of the roll because of late approval from my insurance (Hollard). The judge on his judgement has stated that, one of his reason to remove the matter from the roll was because of the delay cause by the insurance and two the negligence from my attorneys (Chairman Gibbens attorneys). The matter was removed on the roll yesterday the 29 November 2018, based on this I have lost immensely because they did not prioritised my matter. I have informed my insurance about the case results and asked for answers with no luck. Correspondence were forwarded to both of them stating the urgency of the matter and even the judge has stated that on his judgement. The company survived the cost of R250000-00 for Unfair Labour Practice case fine if the judge should have ruled against them. Therefore I asked question from both the insurance company and the attorney firm about the cost which I lost with no luck. Hence I wrote this letter to you for your assistance.
