Declined damaged cellphone claim

<p>I bought a cellphone at GAME and insured it with Hollard. I fell and my cellphone was in my pocket came out from my pocket unfortunately fell in the water now I am being told the policy exclude water damage which is not on the contract.. I have read the contract as I was told it is in the booklet but I don't find that clause and they think the consultant gave me an old booklet.. and I should go back to the store to get the new booklet... is this fair? I am not satisfied with the response I got regarding my claim for damaged cellphone I need a clarity on this... I read terms and conditions and could not find were is state water damage not covered</p>
