Deceiving Sales Rep

<p>I get a call from a sales rep who interests me in some Edcon/Hollard insurance covers and before I even ask she assures me these will not cost me a cent as I have been a loyal customer. I accept the products since they're of no cost tpo me and it's about time I got something in return for my loyalty... That is until I receive my statement and R90 worth of fees reflect on my statement for these covers. Despite the fact that I had never enquired about these products, the sales rep wilingly **** to me and sold me insurance products I didn't even need. Now I have to spend my time and money to call them to cancel and reverse all of these fees and write this review. </p> <p>It's disappointing that these two companies would let their representatives cause customers such unneccessary frustrations and hassles. </p>
