Debit Order

So after activating insurance on my name and taking money from my bank account without my authorisation eventually the money was returned but this morning my vehicle insurance went off with a new refernece number and the amount is less than what it has been for the past year.

So now I am confused. I obviously dont know what my policy number is anymore and dont know what I am insured for,

Enlighten me?????

The policy number I am providing is my ORIGINAL insurance. The one I obviously dont have anymore
