<p>my husband had n accident and he was told the car is a write off, he disputed that and they told him they will re assess the car and if it will be more that the 70% salvage which was 86000 they wont fix it......ok the did the secound assessment and it was less that that 86000. they came back and told us that they wont be able to fix the car bacause it was still owned by the bank, i mean we have 2 cars and the household policy whith them and its our first claim and already they giving us stories. the took our car to SMD without us knowing , we just saw the car wen we were using that route, they sent n sms saying the claim has been finalised someone will contact us within 24 hours but the never called us untile we dicided to call them ourself. we were told they waiting for the settlement letter from the ban****!! who said they must sell the car? we want them to fix the car s it doesnt not excced the 70% amount they told us about. claim number is 940734</p>
