CYCLESURE: AMAZING CLAIM TURNAROUND TIME
I crashed my bicycle on the weekend which was insured through Cyclesure (underwritten by Hollard). Got the quote for the repairs from my LBS on Tuesday, which I submitted to them on the same day with the claim form. Got feedback from Cyclesure the same afternoon and the following day the claim was approved. Super impressed by their service, keeping me informed throughout the process and for the fast turnaround time.
