CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST

<p>5 weeks ago I had an accident and logged my claim with Hollard who have me a wow service during that period. Pity that was short lived as the person handling my claim went under the radar for 3 weeks and my courtesy car had to be returned without my claim processed. After the 3weeks I made contact with hollard management to lodge a complaint regarding this as I needed a car and the way the case was handled was wow. The same day Hollard made sure I had a car at no extra expense to me and that I was not inconvenienced further. this was thanks to Elliot Phiri, George Slammed, Connie Mabunda and Michele Peach. Everyone make mistakes it's part of life however the way in which those mistakes are handled and resolved speaks volume of the people or company. 5 weeks after my claim was logged I'm still comfortable thanks to the abovementioned people and I am very grateful.
