Customer care @ Hollard on AWOL

Recently had my Regent policies taken over by Hollard. After a computer malfunction I have been trying to get copies of the policies. I have 1. Completed form on their website - no response 2. Emailed the address that was referred to on the transfer emails - response that the email didn't exist 3. Contacted them on Twitter by DM, provided them with all the requested information. Customer care to contact me. Still no contact 4. Completed complaint form on website. Automatic reply but no contact 5. Posted requested on Twitter again - No response

This has to be the most pathetic service besides dealing with a Government entity. I am now considering cancelling ALL my policies
