Hollard is the worst insurance company in South Africa and if you have relatives or friends using Hollard please advised them to change to a better insurance before it is too late. It has been more three months following on my claim and it is shocking the way their consultants lie and unprofessional. Since last week Wednesday Hollard has been telling me that they cannot make my payment since their system is down.

I have tried to escalate the issue to Hollard management of claims department and still it is totally a waste of time.

My fellow country mate I strongly warn you to move from this company asap before it's too late.

Hollard whole system is just unprofessional and I believe no customer deserves that kind of treatment.
