I called today on 2 occassions to cancel my car insurance. I called just after 8 and was told that they were busy and call me back, i called again at 10 as still nobody had called me . I was again told someone would call be back today. It is now 7h45 and still nobody has called me back. I will not pay for another day as i no longer have my can and needed my insurance to be cancelled. I feels like the longer you dont call me back the more i have to pa. Really *** service
