Never in my entire life have ever experience a **** service from an insurance company you pay so much money on a monthly basis for a cover but when to claim they give you the run around. and never in my entire life that when you are to claim from your insurance that they involve a third part of which they claim is their so called senior validator from an independent company that I forgot their name.<br> when a client takes up an insurance they become so happy to take him in I repaired my vehicle on my own with the hope of my insurance paying me back based on their promise after a while I had to hear from the g****vine of which is the third party called Ferreira that my claim has been rejected I thought me leaving my previous insurance company to join hollard was a good move only to realise that it was the worse mistake in human nature why do insurance always want to use bully tactics on clients they will send you from pillar to post yet last month early my account was debited 1600 I will not hide my sentiment that I am so appalled and disgusted by hollard behaviour never have I skipped a month without paying and they waited until I repaired my own vehicle so they could reject my claim
