Complaint - HOL-11407-12 17

I have an issue, I called the insurer company because my car just switch off, the car was towed to the garage and have been standing there since the 29th of November, I call everyday and send complaints / emails, I do not get any response or feedback on the claim that was put through, this is causing me stress the fact that I don't know anything / outcome of the claim. The garage where my car is standing calls everyday because they also don't get feedback and is closing now on Thursday, I am left stranded without a car. Please help me get some response from this company
