complaint against *** for not taking my emails seriously by ignoring them
ive put in my third party insurance claim since April its November now and still nothing is happening. and now ive been sending emails to a guy called RobynJ email address (***) and now whoever this Robynj is has been ignoring my emails ive sent countless emails to that email address and still no response... just been wasting my time typing emails .. whoever that is aint taking me seriously

30 Dec 2022, 09:24I've done all those things and I don't know how many emails I've sent to your people and stipp up to date I'm not getting clarification... All I want is for my money to be paid.. So I can get on with my life... I've already waited almost two months since I've been told that it only takes 30 days for a payout to be made...
Open as, many cases as you like.. I just want my money to be paid immediately I've been sitting on the side lines for far too long
