Complaint

Bad customer service.. I have been waiting for 2months for someone to come and pick up my phone so that it can be fixed... I have been making follow up and the agents keep on lieing saying someone will pick up the phone before the end of the week.. I would advise anyone to take Hillard cellphone insurance. It's easy to join but it's very difficult to help
