Complain

<p>Hi </p> <p>Someone reversed and damage my car while it's was stationery on the parking. I reported to my insurance but the insurance failed to guide or advice and take action to claim all the damages to the thirdy party as it was not my fault, I end up paying an excess and my policy record was affected as well bt it's was not my fault.</p>
