Compay took my money every month and give you bad service

I started 7 years ago to pay insurance to Dearham management service's that become part of Hollard as the holding company . I had 4 claims that i claimed from Dearham and they send people out to come and do as*****t that wrote a little note the people they send out to checked on the products or appliance that you claimed. I claim 4 times and they did not replace or get any body to fixed the appliance . I have never herd that a fridge wont get relaced because of ware and tare i am rely disanointed in this Dearham insurance my money was good to be deducted from my account for so many years . That is the very bad service and people must watch out for these companies.
