Clicks Hollard policy

I'm very disappointed from the service offered by Clicks Hollard Insurance. Was offered to update my policy with one of their consultants and was happy with it but they started deductions of 2 x the money for Instalments one of which I approved and the other which I declined. I phoned them soon after they took money double for the first time and was promised it was going to be cancelled but same thing happened for 3months on every month I would call and was told the same story its cancelled after the 3rd time I contacted customer service I also attached my 3months bank statement as proof. Here comes the shock of my life was told that money they took from my account was registered on someone's name as premium payer the name which I don't even know. I sent emails asking how is it possible and no response until today. On the 8th March 2020 I received my policy statement with new amount and all my details as per policy as I was going through it to my surprise at the bottom of it I noticed there was a name and date of birth of the person which I don't even know mentioned as my premium payer I did contact the customer service and was told it has been resolved but since then I didn't get my update on the matter and I also mentioned this what has caused them not to give me my money back but no reply until today. So disappointed with this service please people beware of this **** taking our hard earned money for themselves. I really want my money back please and nothing to do with them as this is really disheartening
