Claims problem

<p>I currently have a hospital cash back plan with hollard. After every 5 years I am suppose to get 20% of my premiums back. This was suppose to happen in June of this year already. I have phoned them (after holding for hours), I spoke to 3 different agents and everytime I get told another story. I finally e-mailed the documents to them (which I have done twice now). And still till this day...no-one has contacted me. No one has rep**** to the emails and im still waiting for what was promised to me. I am consisting cancelling all my policies with them, cause if this is how claims are treated then what is the purpose of me even having these policies??</p>
