Claim that to so long to be paid

In May 2017 i made a claim for my aunt who passed away on unnatural causes i send all the important documents that where needed including police report and postmortem results. .i keep on calling trying to find out how far is the process then they tell me the claim is under investigation again when I call they say the claim is at forensic up until today nothing had happen. .
