CLAIM REFUSED - *******

So we booked a cruise on MSC Cruises. Part of the payment included Hollard insurance. So i got sick on the cruise and needed medical attention. Also when we arrived by luggage was broken. When i tried to claim of MSC they said its ALL covered under hollard insurance. Hollard refuses to pay me, saying the excess is higher than the claim THEY ARE A BIG BUNCH OF ******* as far as I am concerned.
