Claim process frustrating..

I was involved in an accident on the 23 November 2017. I lodged my ODP claim via Wesbank and it was sent to you. Assessor was appointed and they assessed the car. Now I have received an e mail that I must wait for another 14 days for my claim to be finalized.

This 14 days of waiting period does not appear on your policy document you have sent to me.

I have been pleading with you that where the car is parked, it is costing me daily for storage. This is very frustrating after having paid storage from the 23 to date and there is still another 14 days I have to be milked like this...
