Claim on replacement of motorcar part

I have a complaint against Hollard Motor Extender. They don't pay me the insurance cover on a steering lock which had been replaced.

Hollard has to psy me R5000.00. The insurance cover on the motor part. During the registration of the claim on the steering lock of the Mercedes Benz K180, nobody says that the policy doesn't cover the steering lock. In the policy contract in my possession, there is no indication that this car part is excluded in the policy.

I have to travel long distances to registered the claim. You must bear in mind that I am living in the most remote area in the Northern Cape province. Do to repair my car I have to travel to the Western Cape province.

I want the R5000.00, my travelling costs, accommodation and meals to be reimbursed to me. To register the claim which demands from me a lot of invoices, confirmation of my household insurance, registration certificates, ex cetera.
