Claim not settled!

i was involved in two incidents one on the 31 December 2015 (hit by a bakkie on the rear bumper) and the other on the 1 January 2016 ( knocked a pedestrian and car was damaged by near by people as i stopped and tried to check if he/she was not injured). i lodged the claims on the 4 Jan 2016. i was called to take the car to Apollo panel beaters in George for assessment, few days later i was called by the investigator for verification and asked to supply all relevant information to compile the report. The investigator kept me updated as to what was happening and if there were any outstanding information to be supp****.<br> <br> The investigation was concluded on 14 January 2016, after that i called the claims department to find out the way forward. i was told everything is fine all reports has been submitted and they are waiting for claims consultant which is Khensani to finalize access to be paid for repairs she will contact me on Monday (18 Jan) <br> <br> On Monday i never received a call from Khensani or anyone form of update, i had to call each and everyday to find out what is happening with the claim. i have tried numerous times to get hold of Khensani till today i haven't heard from her.
