Claim not getting settled, Empty promises.

<p>1. My car was written off by Hollard without even giving me an option to keep it. 2. They towed my car to SMD in Boksburg without even notifying me and with my tracking device and radio (not factory fitted) still in it. I had to go to Boksburg (I’m in Secunda) on my own expenses to take it out. 3. A guy named Sisa Mabhala who work at the claims department promised they will reimburse me my expenses. Sisa Mabhala also told me that I must send them the cars original papers so that they can pay me out, which I did. They received the papers on 29-07-2016. Until today 11-08-2016 I haven't received a cent for either my car or the trip to Boksburg. All attempts contacting or emailing Sisa Mabhala where unsuccessful. Nor he or any Hollard employee replies to my emails and the phone lines are always busy. In the meantime I need that money urgent so that I can buy myself another car. I'm utterly disappointed with Hollard now. They DID gave me good service in the PAST. My claim number: 937601</p>
