claim in the 3rd may still no response
Good day.<br> I had an accident on the 2nd May 2015, another person collided in the rear (back) of my vehicle. It is now the 19th May 2015 and still no response from Hollard - the person who collided in me doesn't want to take responsibility to pay the excess, or any damages he caused - it is - R25000 worth of damages. I have spoken and mail numerous times to customer services and claims dept of my insurance (Hollard) but nothing has been done - I even requested to pay out the amount in damages to repair through a company that I work for. I just feel that the person responsible for the accident is getting away with all, and I must run in a loss. Also with the rental of a vehicle which also should be that persons responsibility - I only have one vehicle - and have kids to take to school and my wife needs to go to work. Your assistance in this matter will be highly appreciated
