Claim headache
<p>I launced a claim on the 18th of April now it's the 3rd of May and I am waiting for Kholofelo Mabala to validate my claim by calling a tow truck operator. Who needs 3 weeks to make a phone call? Everytime I phone her, she never picks up. </p>
