Claim for Samsung Galaxy Mini S3

I did claim for a Samsung Galaxy from Hollard Insurance where their refused to take it back.This bring me to my point,we did come to an agreement with a blackberry Z3.the day after our agreement I did phone for a cancellation. But the handset was already dispatch.On the Hillard or 28th if October 2015 I did phone Hollard Insurance to express my ffeelings that I'm not happy. With the handset but the lady who was assist me did make it clear that their will not take it back after our agreement and secondly their will not send a courier to come and pick it up.On the 7/11/15 I did send them a fax where I did express that I don't want the phone etc.But my request falling on deaf ears.again on the 10/11/15 I send them a fax regarding the pick up where I suggest. Hollard to correct the issue on their site once again been rejected. On the 11/11/15 I did phone them regarding. The pickup where their refused. I did spoken to the supervisor where he says their wil not taken back a second hand phone reason there for I did concect sim. This phone is new still but I'm not happy.this phone needed go exchange.
