Claim Experience from Hell with Hollard

I actually don't know where to start, I have been dealing with this insurance from the 17th of September to date my claim has not been concluded. I reported a hi jacking, they gave me a car for 14 days, I was made to return it after that while they were still "busy" with the claim. The investigator told me that he asked them to extend which they never did and they never came back to me about it, nothing! Every time I call to ask for feedback I'm either told they are still busy, the person who's dealing with the case is off sick, they have sent the claim for approval or the famous line " I will be called back which rarely ever happens. No care in the world you can even hear the coldness when they deal with you. There's a lot I can mention about this particular insurance in how they deal with people but I will end here. These are the people I have been dealing with without any happiness (Barbie) Berina Mare Fourie - Claims Department and Shamie Chhotu who happens to be the team leader. Anyone in the forum who know what else to do I need to take this forward as I am at wit's end right now.I am not going to let this lying down
