Claim

<p>I've been waiting for my claim for be finalised for an accident that happened November 2016. The assessor excluded some information on the report and all i was told was to contact the assessor who was sent by them. I sent them the pictures of the damage which they omitted on the claim and still nothin is being done. This is uncalled for and i feel that someone somewhere doesn't want to do their job. I want my car fixed. I've been patient enough and the claim handler know this! Im beyong upset with this kind of service and would actually not recommend this company to anyone.</p>
