Claim

My wife had an accident on 24 September 2015. The truck that damaged our car is insured by Hollard. I made a third party claim to Power Truck hire being the owner of the truck. The claim was sent through to their brokers (Price Forbes) which subsequently sent the claim to Hollard. A ***/29218 was allocated after so many follow ups. I had countless contacts with Clive Ryan from Hollard besides being unable to get hold of him many times. I make calls and leave massages but no reply. He reads my emails but do not reply. Only on 5 January 2016, he replies saying \We refer to your claim against our client. Please note that according to our client both vehicles were turning left. Your vehicle then collided with the rear side of client's vehicle. Based on the above we confirm that we are not prepared to entertain your claim unless you can prove otherwise. Any action taken against our client will be defended". This information is even incorrect as the vehicles were actually turning right. I even sent Hollard the accident report to proof the their client was at fault. Guess what"
