Cellular Insurance

My phone got ****** out of my car in December on the 14th, I went and reported it at Cell C store in East Rand Mall the next day on Monday 15th. The consultant couldn't blacklist my device manually so she requested for it to be done. I only received my ITC number the Friday of that week on the 19th and then I could only go and make a case and get an affidavit, I then went back to the store on that Friday to process and submit my claim only for Hollard to decline my claim today after so long of waiting. I never missed a payment till now I have been paying my insurance on time. If there was an option for no stars I would give them zero stars. This is utterly bull **** Cell C you just lost a customer and I would not recommend anyone to use this useless insurance company called Hollard. I am cancelling everything with Cell C and I'll never ever purchase anything from them. They need to change their insurers. Ripping people off #HollardMustFall
