Cellphone insurance taken at Game stores
<p>I bought a cellphone at Game stores and was offered the insurance by Hollard Finrite to buy as well,I did.Had a cell phone for just over a year I mislaid it.</p> <p>The insurance covered theft,loss,damage.I followed procedure for my claim .After loads of emails and phonecalls to them I was told to pay an excess.</p> <p>I immediately did...After more phonecalls to them they were escalating the situation ....all through these calls you put on hold so I kept recharging my airtime...Again I phoned was told my mobile will be couriered so I waited ...nothing at all so again I phoned meaning today 03/03/20 I was told the courier delayed
Adding another note ....they said they will telephone me today with the reason or answer ,but none at all so I waited again since around 9 or 10am

I was told that the supplier was out of stock and if moved to another supplier it would take up to another 3 to 5 days so to avoid further delays I was to be paid out for the mobile in 72hours ......so now I'm just waiting

OK now I'm exhausted of waiting I was told to avoid any more of a delay I should get paid out. I opted for it as they were going to pay within 72hours and I could replace/buy another mobile ....I was told that the payment would take 72hours and it was processed on the 9th March....I've emailed to find out what is the delay but now I'm getting no reply ....all in
