Cellphone Insurance. Paid in R150 - 26 Aug

I want to claim my Celphone damage.<br> Ive paid in R150 on the 26 August 2015 and untill now NO response. On 26 August I forward the fax with Proof of payment and copy of ID doc to them. I phoned them 5 times and e-mailed 3 times and NO response. When I phone they said they did not receive the fax or I just get cut off! When I mail it just show Read and NO response. Really now they've got my R150 and must arrange to pick up my Cellphone for repairs, but they never phoned me back or just e-mail me. I've faxed all the documents with the attachments with my Policy nr GMPOL *** and they just said we did not receive a fax. My fax report did say 'OK' it went through!! Really NO response NO assistance!! I will take this further!! <br> Please can just someone Reply or phone me!!
