Cellphone insurance

I joined a cellphone Insurance via Edgars last since I'm an account holder found it simple to do so,last month I encountered some problems with the phone that was insured so I needed so assistant,I tried to call the store at Eastrand Mall and Lakeside with no luck going through,I even called all the numbers I could find on the internet for Hollard but no success I even sent an email on th 5th of Oct where I was suppose to be contacted by a consultant within 2 day...till today nothing...it realy troubles me that I've been paying that insurance for over 12months without a single claim and now when I need assist they are no where to be found.at this point I just wanna cancel the Insurance and move to where I'll "EASILY " get assisted
