Cellphone insurance

<p>Hollard is unreliable. There service is very bad. I've waited for more than six weeks for my phone now. If i did not enquire i would not have heard from the. It took them a coupl of days to get back to me because the guys at Jey eastrandmall did not evn know about my phone. They phone me a couple of days later after i asked where my phone was to pick up the phone at the store. when i got to the store i was not there. they said that they'd phone me when my handset ws delivered. three days went past still nothing i then phoned the store my phone was still not there. Yesterday a lady from Hollard phoned me to say that i should pick up my phone. When i got there the store still haven't received the phone. When we phoned hollard from the store the guy said that they cannot release my phone because they need the date of damage. so they had my phone for over a month and could not phone to ask me that. Now he says that the phone can only be released next week. I am really dissapointed in Jet and Hollard.</p>
