cellphone insurance

<p>I bought a Blackberry Z10 at Edgars and took out insurance underwritten by Hollard. September 2015 the phone could not charge and did not want to switch on, so I took it to the Edgars at Melrose Arch and the device was booked in for repairs. After a month of no communication from both Edgars and Hollard I went to the store and the consultant called Hollard and I was told insurance will not cover the device. So I told them to bring the phone back I will fix it myself and want to cancel the insurance. A year later I am still waiting for my phone back. I will never insure anything with Hollard they do not keep their promise.</p>
