Cellphone Insurance

Hi, we have cellphone insurance with hollard administered by edgars... we claimed the insurance on the 27th of June 2018 and it's almost been a month now, waiting for a cellphone. We had to wait 3 weeks to get a simple reference number to pay the excess fee. Now we waiting to get a call from hollard. Clearly we gonna have to wait weeks again
