Cellphone claim

Hollard insurance it's a disaster i hv being paying ma insurance since last year till today thy failed to give me the phone that I claimed 4 the sad part I claimed 12 June 2018 coz I was ****** phone 10 June 2018 and on de 18th July 2018 I paid access fees of R500 till now never contacted me even once, am de one wasting my airtime and money calling den, instead of calling me bck thy hang up de phone on my ear!! I called dem to today on this no ********** 748 3 consultant didn't help me 2 of den put me on hold for so long and neve get bck to me, the Other one hang up de phone on me. Am so heard broken i will neva ADVERSE anyone to take did insurance
