Cellphone

<p>I fell and my phone fell into water and now I am told it doesn't cover water damage. There is no such thing under exclusions and they are telling me the consultant gave me the old booklet. So whose fault is that... I have a signed contract and under terms and condition there is nothing stating it exclude water damage</p>
