CellC C-Surance is Horrible No feedback They The Worst

<p>I sent a claim to repair my iPhone 5S cracked screen in August and 30days later I still have not received my cellphone nor have i been contacted with regards to my phone. Everyday I am on line with the C-surance contacted centre but instead of them helping me they put me on hold. </p> <p>I am super angry at Cellc never have I missed my monthly payments but no one is attending to my issue. I'm going to cancel this insurance because they have no kowledge of customer care. They do not care at all yet they deduct money from my account every month for what? Never take C-Surance they are the worst insurance provider.</p> <p>I want my phone back repaired.</p>
