CELL PHONE CLAIM TAKING LONG, STILL PHONELESS

I am very disappointed with the treatment from Hollard Imsurance. I put a claim for a loss cell phone, even today, I am always told that my claim is still on Review. Cell C and Hollard are a disappointment. I tool contract phone with Cell C they also took over 2 weeks to provide me with ITC number. Hollard what does it take to finish the claim? I am paying the insurance on time. Please help.me and give me the right service that I deserve as a paying client.
