Cell insurance a *******

<p>I have insurance through Edgars. My cell fell of my car roof. And the glass broke. I took it in and they replaced it with a acsess of R750. Witch the did not confirm with me. I received it back and within a week the battery overheated so that i could not touch it then the phone went black. I took it back and was informed that i misused it and must pay another R1000. It is a Ripp off. I cancelles my insurance. With all the money paid i could have saved and baught a new one..... **** ****</p>
