Cell insurance

Edgars mobile , has an insurance cover from finryt underwritten by hollard. I took out a cover from them for my s4 mini I had 3 claims with them, the last claim they didn't fix my device correctly then took it back. They sent me an sms to come fetch only to find that they don't have in General I'm not happy with them. They lost my phone and claim they can't fix it
