Cashback refund to be paid Ref Number ***

I have had a bad experience with Hollard what they promise its completely different to what they deliver.

I have been waiting for my cash back since Dec 2017. The monies as per the agreement were supposed to have been paid within 7-14 days,to date nothing has been done. Please I need my money I am tired of this hide and seek that Hollard is doing.When its time to deduct the premium that is done without fail by Hollard and I have not miss any payment. Please ensure that before the close of business today my money is in my account.
