Cash Back Payment

Can Hollard pay my cash back instead of lying on the media with the statements. For how long do I have to wait for my refund this is totally unacceptable and disgusting, I need my cash back ever since December 2017 I have been waiting. The call centre for Hollard has said it takes 7-14 days but with me this is the 3 rd month (90 days) for crying out loud. I WANT MY MONEY
