Good day My name is Charmaine I called your organization on the 21 February 2018 regarding the cash back , a request was sent through for calculation to be done which was supposed to take 7-14 working days Still no payment made Reference no: ********** 517 Reference no: ********** 327 On the 14th March I spoke to the team leader Kgomotso I asked her to trace my calls from the 21 February and she said that she can't trace my previous calls she doesn't have access to those systems she just overlooks customer service and can't escalate the matter to claims and that I would need to wait because this matter is still within the TAT of 21 working days which confused me because I was already advised by the previous consultants that I spoke to it will only take 7-14 working days I then asked to speak to her manager(Molantwa Mokgutle) she was in a meeting the team leader also told me that she has been on the line for a very long with me and that she needs to service other Clients after providing me with a reference number she hung up After the run around of so many TAT I need this matter to be attended to a.s.ap
