Car insurance proof of payment
I was in an accident on 26 September 2021 and the car insurance under my husband, we sent all documents and they said the car is written off but the bank is still waiting for proof of payment and we are being sent from pillar to post. We got a new car but they cannot release it without proof of payment. I am really not happy about this. How long must we wait??
