Car Claim not solved 1 month after!

I had an accident on the 28th of June 2021 and up to now they haven't come up with a conclusion to my predicament. They don't communicate, you have to follow-up yourself. When I followed them up 2 weeks back they said my car was written off, so they will communicate the settlement amount. From there no communication at all and I have been calling and calling to no success. They are only giving me so many explanations. The other one asked me to give them my bank account number which I did over the phone only to be called and told your account doesn't exist. Off which this is the same account they have been deducting the premiums monthly. So they asked me to send proof of account which i did a week back but no communication up until this morning when I called them. But still they are not talking sense at all. I was promised that they will ask someone to call me, which I am waiting for.
