Cant even pay a claim of R7000

My watch and sunglasses got ****** from my handbag, the value of the original PRADA sunglasses is R4200 and the fossil watch of R2999. Hollard wants to replace my watch with a cheapie of R1300 and the sunglasses at R2200?, needless to say, if I enter the model number of the sunglasses on Prada's website, nothing comes up? Don't give me cheap stuff/ **** stuff!! I am going to take this to the ombud. and the audacity to replace my almost R5000 sunglasses with ****s? Are you joking? Sorry, I will NOT accept it!

Also, my previous Hollard vehicle claim is still not settled- going on 7 months. they want to replace my watch with a men's watch. They are happy to replace my Polarized Prada Sunnies with a **** cheapie. Send me your ombudsman details TODAY still- I would like his take on this issue.
